Our Policy
Our return policy is valid for 2 days from the date of delivery. If more than three days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

- Unused: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns like order ID.
- Damaged Goods: If your item was damaged during shipping, it may be eligible for a free return. However, you must provide proof of damage in the form of a video. The video should show the unboxing process with the delivery executive present, without any cuts or edits. (Additionally, you must send a photo of the broken item within 10 hours of delivery to our email or any social media: viralwale.official@gmail.com. If you claim shipping damage after 10 hours of delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist you.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free Forward Shipping: We provide free shipping for all orders, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return Charges: Return shipping charges typically range between ₹50.00 to ₹150.00, depending on your location. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged Items: If your item was damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Deductions: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
